I was born and raised a Georgia peach in a town outside of Atlanta. I have been performing since I was no taller than a grasshopper in venues spanning from as small as my play house out back, to as large as the Omni in Atlanta. I have been living in Nashville TN for the better part of the last three years, but have recently moved back to the mountains of NC. I felt confident about moving back, because of the effect the mountain air has on my music. I recorded my studio album "Bohemian Solstice" at Three Trees Studios in Whites Creek TN, and have also compiled quite a bit of live recordings as well. I have opened for many bands including Dub Consious, Moonshine Still, Edwin McCain, The Steep Canyon Rangers, The Seepeoples, David Ganz of the Grateful Dead Radio Show, Jerry Joseph, The Home Grown Band, and many, many more; and have headlined many events as well.  I have also been awarded third place in the Nashville Songwriters Association songwriters competition, as well as placing first in the Gibson Songwriter Competition last year.   At this point in time I am playing mostly solo shows, and enjoying the freedom and the adventure of self reliance. I have been a part of several small festivals, and performed on a few radio shows, but ultimatelly I would like to be focusing on the integrity of my songwriting, and greatly increasing the amount of festivals and shows that I play each month. My hopes are that you will find my music refreshing. I live within each line I write, and I am thankful for the many blessings I recive from doing what I truley love to do. I realize that most people wake up each day discuraged about having to go to there jobs, or deal with their boss; and I have the great fortune to wake up every morning with a smile on my face, and a song in my heart, knowing that today is yet another day to succeed in living a full and beautiful life!
